The plant "RPC SPRING" LLP specializes in the production with brand “KAZ SPRINGS” springs for rolling stock of Y 25 bogie freight cars. The spring is made according to UIC 822, for cars with axle load capacity 20, 22,5 and 25 tons.

Low residual deformation
In the production of springs, alloy steel grades are used: according to EN 10089 - 51CrV4, according to GOST 14959-2016 - 60S2A, 60S2HA, 60S2HFA, 51HFA, 65S2VA. The laboratory monitors their compliance with the parameters of physical and mechanical, chemical and microstructure of steel. The applied technology brings up to the peak quality indicators of steel, providing high elastic deformation and low coefficient of residual tension of the produced springs.

Automated production ensures compliance with the all process requirements, minimizes the occurrence of fatigue cracks in the curling points and increases the service life of springs.

Resistance to dynamic repeated loading.
Precision uniform heat treatment minimizes the appearance of a decarburized layer, providing required microstructure and hardness of the springs. It provides high resistance to dynamic repeated loading, which significantly extends the service life of the suspension of our customers ' car bogies.
