Springs of suspensions and pipeline supports

Cylindrical screw compensator springs for pipeline systems. They are manufactured in accordance with industry standards OST 24.125.109-01, OST 108.764.01-80 compliance with requirements for the oil and gas industry.

Springs are used to compensate for static and dynamic loads, evenly distributing the weight of the pipeline, damping vibrations, water shocks, wind pressure, the spring is a key element of the pipeline stabilization system.

The spring design ensures reliable operation under conditions of alternating loads and elevated temperature conditions.

Sustainability
Sustainability is ensured by the use of spring steel 60C2A (GOST 14959, cat. 3A) increased rolling accuracy (GOST 2590, gr. B). The use of this steel guarantees stable mechanical properties, durability and preservation of spring characteristics in aggressive environments required in the oil and gas industry.

Protective coating
Coating have a crucial inpact on precision mechanical characteristics of the springs of the pipeline support system operating in particularly aggressive environments. To maximize the adhesion of the coating to the metal surface, as well as to strengthen the upper layer of the spring steel, it is subjected to shot blasting. Depending on the required level of protection, the following types of coatings are used:
Cataphoresis - 1,500 hours of durability in salt mist.
Powder polymer - 670 hours of salt mist resistance.

Quality control
The springs are undergoing acceptance tests on high-precision stands, confirming compliance with industry standards OST 24.125.109-01 and 108.764.01-80 according to technical requirements: rigidity, load characteristics, cyclic service life and absence of internal defects.

Durability of the pipeline system
The use of modern equipment and proven technological processes guarantees increased resistance to dynamic and repeated loads, significantly increasing the durability of the supports and stabilizers of the pipeline system.
The springs supplied by RPC "SPRING" LLP comply with ISO 9001 standards. The parameters are controlled according to the requirements of OST 24.125.109-01 and 108.764.01-80 of the regulatory and technical documentation for the oil and gas industry.

Resource tests of springs from the supplier RPC "Spring" LLP showed compliance with the standards of the oil and gas industry: the samples withstood the normalized number of loading cycles without destruction and loss of operational properties.
Controlled parameters:

• surface quality control
• control of thickness, quality of application, adhesion of the coating
• control of geometric parameters of products
• load characteristics
• marking and completeness control
