1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The policy regarding the processing of personal data in LLP "Scientific and Production Firm "Spring"" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") determines the procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing of personal data in LLP "Scientific and Production Firm "Spring"" (hereinafter referred to as the – Company), as well as information on the implemented requirements for the protection of personal data.
1.2. The Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” dated May 21, 2013 N 94-V (hereinafter referred to as the – Law) and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. COMPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. Information related to a defined or determinable subject of personal data, recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other tangible media.
3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. Personal data is stored only if you agree to provide it to the Company, for example, when registering on the website, conducting surveys, competitions, submitting applications for the purchase of the Company's goods, or if there are other legal grounds for processing the data, for example, for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling contracts.
3.2. The Company uses personal data to create and manage a customer base, conduct surveys on the Company's products and for marketing purposes, in particular, to provide an opportunity to interact with the website, promote the Company's goods and services, obtain and study statistical data on sales volumes and the quality of services provided by the Company and dealers and business partners, collect statistics on website visitors to improve the quality of the website and its content, as well as to assist in finding a job in the Company and finding employment, and only to the extent necessary for this. Personal data is transferred to government agencies exclusively within the framework of the legal requirements that bind us. Our employees, contractors and dealers are subject to obligations to strictly observe confidentiality.
4. PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTING, STORING, TRANSFERRING AND OTHER TYPES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Personal data processing performed without the use of automation tools is carried out in such a way that it is possible to determine the storage locations of personal data (tangible media) for each category of personal data.
4.2. Personal data processing performed with the use of automation tools is carried out subject to the following actions: The Company carries out technical measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access to personal data and (or) their transfer to persons who do not have the right to access such information; protective tools are configured to promptly detect facts of unauthorized access to personal data; technical means of automated processing of personal data are isolated in order to prevent impact on them, as a result of which their functioning may be disrupted; The Company makes backup copies of data in order to be able to immediately restore personal data modified or destroyed due to unauthorized access to them; carries out continuous monitoring of the level of protection of personal data.
4.3. Information messages to the buyer are for informational purposes only and are not advertising mailings.
4.4. Collection and processing of personal data is carried out without the consent of the subject or his legal representative in the following cases:
a) implementation of activities of law enforcement agencies, courts and other authorized state bodies that initiate and consider cases of administrative offenses, enforcement proceedings;
b) implementation of state statistical activities;
c) use of personal data by state bodies for statistical purposes with the mandatory condition of their depersonalization;
d) implementation of international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan;
