The teeth for harrows are made of special spring steel 60C2A, as well as analogues of EN, which guarantees a high service life and resistance to shock loads and abrasive wear. This will reduce your costs for spare parts and equipment downtime.
Quality and elasticity
The advanced heat treatment technology of the workpiece preserves the properties and characteristics of the heavy-duty spring wire. This provides two key advantages of the products: the preservation of elasticity and shape, the tooth, and the rack resist residual deformation longer and retain their springy properties throughout their entire service life. The products retain their elasticity, and the risks of cracks and fractures in the most stressed areas, curls and bends are reduced. This increases the life of the part under shock loads and abrasive wear.
Hardness and permeability
Combined heat treatment provides different hardness of the spring parts, increasing overall wear resistance and efficiency by 1.5 times. Working part 48...52 HRc - high hardness guarantees maximum resistance to abrasive wear. Spring part 42...46 HRc- optimal hardness, high elasticity, high technology provides exceptional strength and efficiency, 100% treatment of heavy soil.

The shotblasting of the entire surface creates a hardened layer that increases fatigue strength and resistance to abrasive wear. Therefore, the service life of the tooth, especially when working in conditions of high vibration and abrasive wear, increases by 30%.
