LLP "RPC "Spring" successfully passed the certification audit of the quality management system, confirming compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001.

The audit of the ISO 9001-2016 QMS is an important process for the plant, which allows improving its management system. It is also a procedure aimed at checking the compliance of the organization's activities with international standards and assessing the effectiveness of the system as a whole.

The following were studied:

1. Documentation regulating the management system.

2. Manufacturing processes and products, in comparison with the requirements of ISO standards.

The auditor examined in detail the production processes:

• company management;
• quality assurance and compliance with standards;
• planning;
• technological processes;
• the procedure for launching a pilot batch;
• customer satisfaction level.

The verification result showed that the activities of the enterprise LLP RPC Spring comply with the standards of the Quality Management System ISO 9001.
