Springs for railway cars

Cylindrical helical springs for railcar bogies. This type of spring is installed in the spring mechanism of freight bogies of railway cars. A spring suspension spring set consists of two springs with opposite winding directions. The springs are placed in the side openings of the car suspension frame. The set includes up to eight sets of springs, as well as four slide springs. For its production, hot-rolled round rolled products made of alloy spring steel 51CrV4 according to EN 10089 for the European market and 60C2HFA, 55C2 according to GOST 14959-79 for the domestic market of Kazakhstan are used.
